The students most likely to benefit from a switch to the new A&S gen ed requirements are students who are freshmen this year and have not yet completed much of the core.Students can review how classes they have taken or those that are in-progress will count toward the new gen ed requirements by choosing the “select a different program” option in the degree audit in mycuinfo.colorado.edu (click on “Track Academic Progress”)Switch LabsStudents who want help determining whether the core or gen ed curriculum will be best for them can drop by a general education Switch Lab. Students who choose to switch will be able to make the request before they leave the lab.
